We employ a proprietary Lacto-Fermentation Process to transform locally sourced pineapples into the highly effective, natural cleaning soft agents, driven by rigorous quality control and a steadfast Zero Waste philosophy. The supply chain begins with the procurement of fresh pineapples directly from local Thai farmers, ensuring community support and raw material integrity. Following a meticulous cleaning procedure, the whole fruits are finely chopped and blended with water, sugar, and a specific strain of Lactobacillus. At the core of our Cleantech Innovation, this mixture is transferred to a regulated control room where the fermentation environment is strictly controlled.

The fermented composition contains bromelain with residual enzymatic activity derived from pineapple raw materials — a high-potency, fruit-based agent derived from pineapple fermentation, serving as the "secret sauce", i.e., foundational ingredient across the Pipper Standard® product range.

To ensure safety and performance, the resulting fluid is subjected to a dual-phase Quality Control protocol. The initial filtration phase rigorously tests for precise pH balances, sugar concentrations, cleanliness, and active ingredient percentages. This is immediately followed by a comprehensive secondary inspection to issue a formal Certificate of Analysis (COA). Once certified, the purified extract is transported via bulk tanks to our manufacturing facility, serving as the foundational active ingredient for Pipper Standard® products. Upholding strict environmental responsibility, the entire operation is engineered to leave nothing behind; residual pineapple pulp is upcycled into dried animal feed, while all wastewater is systematically treated and repurposed for on-site landscape irrigation
