BIO: Pineapple Fermentation as a Core Ingredient

Every Pipper Standard®  product contain our secret sauce from our proprietary pineapple fermentation. This fermented fruit contains biosurfactants, organic acids, enzymes and anti-microbial properties making Pipper Standard®  products perform compareable or better than chemical products but requires zero toxic auxiliary chemicals

 

CIRCULAR: Zero Waste and Recycle our bottles
We use whole pineapple fruits including crusts in our proprietary lacto-fermentation process. Crusts and sediments after filtration are dried and used to feed animals. Manure from animal is used to grow further crops, supporting a circular economy. We use HDPE, recycle plastic materials for our bottles and every year, we run campaigns for example: “Kor Kuat Kuen” or “Ask for bottles back” to take our bottles from end consumers to create new PCR (post-consumer-recycled) bottles.

GREEN: No petrochemical ingredients
From our founder’s allergic reaction to petrochemical ingredients, we select natural ingredients to create our broad range of products. Pineapple fermentation allows us to clean without adding petrochemical ingredients. Our products are certified biodegradable by Thailand Textile Institute. 

Pineapples grow in abundance in Thailand. Equator Pure Nature buys pineapple directly from local farmers — sourcing over 100 metric tons annually — supporting sustainable income to the local communities. Thailand's tropical temperature also helps the fermentation process to occur naturally. With the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in effect and the ease of export throughout the region, we are ideally situated to take advantage of the region's economic growth. Our products are tariff free in the AEC and in countries in which other free trade agreements apply, totaling more than two billion people.
