March 2021 Equator Pure Nature Receives BBC News Shout-Out for CleanTech and Consumer Satisfaction
In a March 2021 BBC segment on how news today is affecting businesses tomorrow, PiPPER STANDARD’s parent company, Equator Pure Nature Co., Ltd., was commended for responding to consumer demands by providing CleanTech household cleaning products.
Curtis Chin, Asia Fellow at the Milken Institute, a non-profit economic and policy think tank, said the market trend is moving towards more natural products. Chin said consumers want a clean home but suggested that “how [these products are] delivered has changed,” noting that “ingredients are changed based on what consumers are demanding.” As COVID-19 exemplifies the importance of cleanliness and hygiene, people want to stay safe from the virus, but also to use chemical-free products safe for their health.
Chin said market trends predating the pandemic saw a push by consumers for environmentally-friendly, safe and high-quality products. Although the pandemic has forced businesses to readjust their responses to consumer demands, he said these trends will remain important after the pandemic.
