Thailand-Based Clean-Tech Pioneer Equator Pure Nature Set to Launch Product Sales in Western Europe

BANGKOK (June 22, 2021) – Equator Pure Nature Co., Ltd., the Thailand-based clean-tech company that produces, markets and sells all-natural, non-toxic, pineapple-based household cleaning products under the brand Pipper Standard, will launch sales in western Europe for the first time starting in the third quarter this year.

The company’s range of award-winning products—including hand soaps, laundry detergents, floor cleaners, dishwashing liquids, and others, all of which feature a proprietary cleaning solution made from fermented Thai pineapples—will be available first to consumers in The Netherlands.

“European consumers are highly knowledgeable and health-conscious, and we are confident that our sustainable, eco-friendly range of cleaning products will be a strong fit in the market there,” said Equator Pure Nature CEO and co-founder Peter Wainman.

Pipper Standard products are made through a unique pineapple fermentation process that yields powerful natural enzymes and biosurfactants whose cleaning power has been clinically proven to clean as effectively as, or better than, chemical products.

Equator Pure Nature’s proprietary technology is patented in major markets, including the U.S., Europe, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, and others, collectively covering more than 70% of the world’s GDP. Intellectual property includes cleaning compositions, methods of manufacturing, methods of use, and more.

Ahead of the push into Europe, Pipper Standard products are available in more than 1,000 sales channels in multiple Asian markets, including Thailand, greater China (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Middle East, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia.

Pipper Standard cleaning products are free of known allergens, as well as hypoallergenic- and non-irritation-certified. They are also certified biodegradable, meaning they degrade by themselves more than 90 percent within one month. The brand’s packaging is HDPE recyclable.

The company’s production process involves a full environment loop. It sources pineapples from local farmers for fermentation. Waste from the fermentation process is then returned to nourish the environment: The filtered skin and crust become animal feed, and farmers use the manure to grow crops.
