Mr. Abinash Majhi
Director
Khun Abinash Majhi serves on the Board of Directors of the EPN Group and is a close friend and advisor to the co-founders, Peter Wainman and Sirilak Narongtanupone. Khun Abinash has known Wainman since approximately 1999, during the Asian Financial Crisis.
Khun Abinash brings extensive experience as a professional director and senior executive, having served on the boards of public and private companies and held leadership roles as both CEO and CFO.
In addition to his role at the EPN Group, Khun Abinash serves as CEO of Eastern Energy Plus Co., Ltd. (www.easternenergyplus.com), a company focused on sustainable waste management and waste-to-energy solutions. He is also the founder of Treasure Specialty Company Limited.
Prior to joining Eastern Energy Plus, Khun Abinash served as Chief Financial Officer of Nakornthai Strip Mill Public Company Limited (since acquired). Earlier in his career, he held various roles in operations and finance, including Senior Systems Analyst at UEC SAIL Information Technology, Finance and Costing Officer at Hindustan Heavy Chemical Industries, and Assistant Manager at the Steel Authority of India.
Khun Abinash holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Sambalpur University and an AICWA credential from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He also completed the Director Certification Program (Class 64/2005) from the Thai Institute of Directors Association.
