Khun Chinnavat Chinsangaram serves on EPN’s Board of Advisors as Thai Legal Advisor. He is a retired Executive Partner of Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd., one of Thailand’s leading law firms, where he represented both domestic and international clients in corporate and commercial matters.
Khun Chinnavat has extensive experience in corporate practice, advising clients on a wide range of transactions and legal matters in Thailand. He previously served as Executive Partner of the firm and played a key role in its growth and reputation.
Khun Chinnavat holds an LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University (1981), a Barrister-at-Law qualification from the Thai Bar Association (1983), an M.C.L. from the University of Miami (1985), and an LL.M. from Tulane University (1986).
Throughout his distinguished career, Khun Chinnavat has received numerous professional recognitions, including being named an Asialaw Leading Lawyer in Banking, Corporate/M&A, and Dispute Resolution in 2014. His firm was also awarded IFLR1000 National Firm of the Year in the same year. He was consistently recognized as a Tier One Recommended Lawyer in Corporate/M&A by Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2009–2014) and as a Highly Recommended Lawyer in Banking & Finance by PLC (2012–2013).
